The Role:
The Project Analyst will provide analytical, reporting, coordination, and administrative support across a portfolio of projects and programmes. Working closely with Project and Programme Managers will help ensure that project information is accurate, up to date, and effectively communicated. From consolidating data and tracking progress to preparing governance materials and coordinating key meetings, the Project Analyst will play an important role in keeping our projects organised and moving forward. This is an entry-level opportunity ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, analytical, comfortable working with data, and keen to develop their career in project and programme management within an international technology environment.
Key Accountabilities and Duties:
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day analytical, reporting, tracking, and coordination activities across multiple workstreams.
- Collect, consolidate, and maintain project and programme data, ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
- Support the tracking of key milestones, deliverables, actions, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating inconsistencies or delays where appropriate.
- Prepare regular project updates, reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders and governance forums.
- Assist in preparing materials for project and programme governance meetings, ensuring stakeholders have clear and relevant information.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, schedules, agendas, and meeting logistics across project teams.
- Capture and maintain meeting notes, actions, decisions, and follow-ups, helping ensure commitments are tracked through to completion.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, templates, and shared repositories in a structured and accessible way.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and administrative support based on evolving project and programme needs.
- Identify opportunities to simplify recurring activities, improve reporting, and enhance ways of working.
- Take ownership of recurring coordination and administrative activities, helping Project and Programme Managers focus their capacity on higher-value project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and functions in a fast-paced, international environment.
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience and Competences:
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or another relevant field.
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally within project coordination, project management, PMO, business analysis, consulting, operations, or a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to consolidate information and produce well-structured reports and presentations.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have Qualifications & Experience
- Previous exposure to technology, digital, gaming, lottery, fintech, telecommunications, or another fast-paced industry.
- Experience supporting projects, programmes, or PMO activities in a corporate or international environment.
- Familiarity with project management concepts, including milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and governance.
- Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating or maintaining dashboards and management reports.
- Basic understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Project management training or an entry-level certification such as PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, Agile/Scrum fundamentals, or equivalent.

- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence to follow up on actions and information across teams.
- Ability to work effectively in an environment where priorities may evolve and multiple projects are running concurrently.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications
- 5 - 8+ years in delivery analytics, portfolio support, PMO or performance roles within technology environments.
- Experience supporting multi-team delivery organisations.
- Strong analytical and modelling capability (advanced Excel, BI tools, data visualisation platforms).
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Exposure to capacity planning, utilisation tracking or delivery performance analysis.
- Experience in regulated or high-accountability environments is advantageous.

- Strong analytical thinking and systems awareness.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in maintaining data integrity.
- Comfortable working across Engineering, Product and Delivery teams.
- Clear communicator able to translate analysis into practical insight.
