We are looking for a Program Support Executive in SINGAPORE to provide administrative and operational support to our strategic sourcing program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating communications with designated supplier groups
- Following up on purchase orders and order status
- Tracking and coordinating inspection reports with suppliers
- Assisting in the creation and processing of Purchase Orders
- Monitoring and following up on payment status
- Supporting the quotation review process and providing feedback where appropriate
- Assisting with supplier Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and related activities
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's Degree
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing support, supply chain, or a related administrative function
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder interactions effectively
