About this Program Manager role at Ultradent Products
Ultradent, a global leader in oral healthcare, is growing, and we are excited to add a Program Manager to our expanding R&D Product Development & Product Sustainment team.
In this role, the Program Manager will coordinate, execute, and champion discovery efforts while providing critical support to project managers across product initiatives within the Development and Sustainment portfolio. This position helps ensure projects remain aligned with business strategies, goals, and commitments by overseeing scope, timelines, and program-level communication. The Program Manager will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify and help mitigate risks, and maintain consistency and visibility across the program. Working closely with project managers, this role will help guide projects through successful execution and launch.
Important Responsibilities:
Executes programs the meet the needs of the organization, employees, and customers.
Participates in aspects of global and corporate product programs, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and project performance metrics.
Promotes the program throughout the organization and tracks utilization.
Ensures the work of the program stakeholders is completed on time and in accordance with established standards or specifications.
Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics.
Ensures that activities compliant with organizational policies, best practices, and any relevant external regulations.
Provides reports and updates to program stakeholders as well as senior management.

Project Management or other relevant certification (PMP, CSM etc.) is preferred
5+ years in a Program/Project Manager role or similar position preferred
Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience strongly suggested, but not required.
