Skydance Animation Madrid is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic production trainee to join our studio!  

Our Internship Program offers its own unique learning opportunities. You will have the chance to network and meet with Skydance leaders, learn transferable skills, and gain real-world experience. It is an experience ideal for those moving from the classroom to the industry.  

This is a paid internship that will be held on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with maintaining the department calendar, booking meeting rooms and helps communicate any schedule changes. 

  • Ensures proper preparation for all meetings and reviews. 

  • Records and shares notes from meetings and reviews that accurately reflect action items and an appropriate sense of priority. 

  • Assists in tracking department work inputs and outputs in the studio’s database to learn detailed knowledge of the department and its pipeline. 

  • Helps distribute and collect timecards for the department. 

  • Follows the Tutor’s guidance. 

Requirements

  • Must be available for at least 3 months onsite (from Monday until Friday, 35h/week). 

  • Must be currently enrolled in your last year in an Associate, Bachelor's, or Master’s program at an accredited institution. 

  • Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. 

  • Highly motivated and interested in Animation and Technology. 

  • Strongly focused on the Production field. 

  • Good team player! 

  • High English level. 

  • Spanish desirable.
