About this Production Operator role at Mondelez International
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are made in a safe environment, meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing process.
This role is part time (fixed term) on a rotating shift - Day/Afternoon/Night, with a base rate of $40.04 per hour following initial training.
Your key responsibilities include;
Following safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Producing products according to specifications and Quality standards
Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet Quality standards
Setting up, operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery and equipment
Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance
Use of SAP and other online computer systems
Active use of lean manufacturing tools including 5Y, Kaizen and One Point Lessons to reduce losses across the plant
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Reporting any issues to the Shift Leader or Manager
