Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring production plans and targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
  • Managing operational issues and providing effective resolutions to minimise disruption.
  • Supporting employee development, engagement and performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, throughput and productivity.
  • Overseeing production administration activities, including ERP system transactions and work order management.
  • Promoting a strong health, safety and environmental culture

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment.
  • Strong people management and team leadership skills.
  • A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and operational delivery.
  • Experience using ERP systems and production management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team development.
  • What We Offer You In Return

At Alpine F1 Team, you will work alongside some of the leading professionals in F1, directly impacting race‑car performance on a global stage, while benefiting from our state‑of‑the‑art facilities. We offer a competitive salary and championship bonus scheme, private medical healthcare, access to a free on‑site gym and restaurant, as well as many additional benefits. The thrill of pioneering innovation in Formula One offers unparalleled career development opportunities within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

We celebrate diversity and strive to create an environment where everyone can be their authentic selves. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and experiences, and we are committed to leading by example in promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging within our organisation and the wider community.

Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
