Principal Responsibilities:

• Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing
• Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace
• Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans
• Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs
• Establishes pricing strategies
• Interacts with Sales, R&D, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s)
• Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments
• Acts as technical advisor for specific product(s) assigned
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Rich experience in Corrosion resistant coatings & pretreatment.
• Key account management
• Advance troubleshooting concepts
• 15+ years of related experience
• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
• Must be able to exchange accurate information
