About the role

Summary

Product is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team and help drive our product-led strategy. In this role, you will be a central hub, collaborating with all functions—design, engineering, science, operations, and growth—to guide products from conception to launch. You will own and execute the product roadmap, translating our company strategy into scalable and robust systems. This foundational role is a unique mix: you'll have significant ownership and a real opportunity to shape our product and culture, while also receiving dedicated guidance and mentorship from the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate business, clinical, and regulatory needs into clear product requirements

  • Manage monthly release cycles, maintaining detailed product documentation and prioritizing feature development

  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team in daily stand-ups to align on priorities, unblock development, and ensure product goals are met

  • Define acceptance criteria and lead functional testing efforts, ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance

  • Develop and maintain product literature for internal and external stakeholders, including technical guides and training materials

  • Support product operations, including scale licensing, localization, and digital migration

What you bring

Must-haves

  • 1–3 years of product management experience OR 3–5 years in an adjacent role with strong transferable skills (e.g. software engineering, product design, consulting, etc.)

  • Genuine interest in using technology to advance neuroscience, healthcare, and human well-being.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, conduct research, and propose well-reasoned solutions

  • Process-oriented mindset with demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and product development

  • Exceptional written communication skills with a track record of creating clear, structured documentation and problem solving asynchronously

  • Comfortable working with complex data to drive product decisions and to develop product experiences around data-heavy workflows

  • Strong technical foundation; able to engage credibly with engineers on software concepts, application architecture, and trade-offs

  • High attention to detail balanced with strategic focus; proven history of seeking challenging projects and making sound decisions amid shifting priorities.

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field

  • Experience thriving at an early-stage startup, operating with high autonomy under ambiguity, and driving projects across the finish line

  • Experience working in heavily regulated environments (e.g. healthcare, finance) with exposure to quality management systems or compliance frameworks

  • Solid understanding of modern software systems, including web/mobile applications, automated release pipelines, and AI/ML infrastructure

We know that not everyone will meet every requirement listed. If you’re excited about this role and our mission, we encourage you to apply.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our offices in NoHo.
