About the Team & Mission
Connect IVI OS 및 Connect Mobile의 Product Designer는 차량 내 사용자 경험(UX)과 모바일 연동 제품의 디자인 전략을 리드하며, 사용자 중심의 경험을 설계하고 고도화하는 역할을 수행합니다. Product Vision을 바탕으로 사용자 요구사항과 비즈니스 목표를 연결하고, IA, User Flow, Prototype, Visual Design 전반을 주도합니다. 또한 Product Manager, Engineer, Researcher 등 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하여 일관되고 직관적인 사용자 경험을 제공하고, 디자인 프로세스와 시스템을 지속적으로 개선합니다.
As a Product Designer for Connect IVI OS and Connect Mobile, you will lead the design strategy for in-vehicle user experiences and connected mobile products. You will translate product vision and user needs into intuitive and scalable experiences, driving end-to-end design across information architecture, user flows, prototyping, and visual design. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers, you will help deliver cohesive user experiences while continuously improving design systems and design processes.
Responsibilities
Connect IVI OS 및 Connect Mobile의 핵심 서비스 경험을 설계합니다.
사용자 요구사항과 비즈니스 목표를 바탕으로 UX/UI 솔루션을 정의하고 개선합니다.
Product Manager, Engineer 등 Cross-functional Team과 협업하여 제품 기능과 사용자 경험을 구체화합니다.
Design System을 적용하고 확장하여 제품 전반의 일관성과 디자인 효율성을 높입니다.
Prototype 제작 및 사용성 테스트를 통해 사용자 경험을 검증하고 개선합니다.
디자인 리뷰와 피드백을 통해 제품의 완성도를 지속적으로 향상시킵니다.
Design end-to-end user experiences for core services across Connect IVI OS and Connect Mobile.
Define and refine UX/UI solutions based on user needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to shape product features and user experiences.
Apply and extend design systems to improve product consistency and design scalability.
Build prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate and improve user experiences.
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve product quality.
Qualifications
5년 이상의 Mobile, Web, Digital Product Design 실무 경험 또는 이에 준하는 역량
복잡한 제품 문제를 구조화하고 사용자 중심의 UX로 구체화한 경험
Information Architecture, User Flow, Interaction, UI Design까지 End-to-End 제품 설계 경험
비즈니스 목표와 기술적 제약을 고려하여 디자인 의사결정을 내린 경험
다양한 이해관계자와 협업하며 원활하게 커뮤니케이션할 수 있는 역량
제품의 디자인 과정과 결과를 확인할 수 있는 포트폴리오 제출 필수
5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile, web, and digital product design, or equivalent expertise.
Ability to structure complex product problems and translate them into user-centered experiences.
Experience designing end-to-end product experiences, including information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and UI design.
Ability to make design decisions by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio demonstrating your design process and product outcomes is required.
Preferred Qualifications
IVI(In-Vehicle Infotainment), Operating System 또는 Smart Device 제품 디자인 경험
Figma Variables 및 Design Tokens 기반 Design System 구축 또는 운영 경험
Protopie, Framer 등을 활용한 인터랙션 프로토타이핑 경험
사용자 리서치 또는 데이터 분석 결과를 제품 개선으로 연결한 경험
글로벌 프로젝트 협업 및 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량
Experience designing IVI, operating systems, or smart device products.
Experience building or maintaining design systems using Figma Variables and Design Tokens.
Experience creating interaction prototypes using tools such as Protopie or Framer.
Experience applying user research or data insights to improve product experiences.
Experience collaborating with global teams and communicating in English.
