Responsibilities

  • 스튜디오 로드맵과 스쿼드 이니셔티브에 따른 제품 디자인 업무 수행
  • 유저 리서치, 데이터 분석, A/B 테스트 등의 결과를 바탕으로 UX 개선 방향 설정
  • 사용자 문제 정의부터 솔루션 도출까지의 프로덕트 디자인 프로세스 주도
  • 서비스의 글로벌 사용자 경험 향상을 위한 UX/UI 설계 및 시각적 완성도 관리
  • 제품 목표 및 비즈니스 KPI 달성을 위한 크로스펑셔널 협업 (PM, DEV, DA 등)
  • 디자인 시스템의 지속적 개선 및 컴포넌트 관리 참여

    Requirements

  • 다양한 이해관계자와의 협업을 통해 프로젝트를 리드하며, 완성도 높은 결과물을 만들어낸 경험
  • 사용자 중심 설계 사고 및 데이터 기반 문제 해결 능력
  • 디자인 툴(Figma, Protopie 등)에 대한 숙련도
  • 명확한 논리와 근거를 통한 디자인 의사소통 및 협업 역량
