Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Process Trainee/Apprentice to learn and contribute to our manufacturing processes at Valeo Sistemas Electronicos SA de CV. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in industrial operations.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment.
* Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
* Support the identification and resolution of basic production issues and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks on equipment under supervision.
* Accurately record production data, including quantities, defects, and downtime.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
* Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent; a technical vocational degree or certificate is a plus.
* Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
* Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles is advantageous.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and operating machinery safely.
* Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
