QE QMS Engineer (NCG)

As a QE QMS Engineer, where you will help drive quality excellence across our manufacturing operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for new graduates to develop expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), customer quality support, audit coordination, and continuous improvement while collaborating with global and site teams.

Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS) Support

• Support the deployment and maintenance of Micron's Quality Management System (QMS) programs and standards.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives to enhance process effectiveness and compliance.
• Participate in projects that strengthen operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Audit Coordination

• Support the planning and coordination of customer, and certification audits.
• Assist in preparing audit materials, tracking action items, and following up on corrective actions.
• Help ensure compliance with corporate requirements and industry standards.

Customer Quality Support

• Assist in preparing quality-related information and documentation for customer audits and visits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer quality requests and activities.
• Support communication between site teams and customers as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and support teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Build strong partnerships with both local and global teams.

Requirements: To successfully support quality systems and continuous improvement activities, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or above in Engineering or a relevant field
• Basic understanding of quality systems, manufacturing processes, or process improvement concepts is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions.

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. 
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.  
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business
