About this Principal Software Engineer role at Infios

Responsibilities:
- Provide user support via phone, email, or tickets opened in the tools used by the company
- Apply consultative solutions and assist in problem analysis
- Ensure the quality of services delivered and achievement of agreed service levels and satisfaction
- Review technical documentation and alternative information sources, simulating and testing issues in the environment
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer technical support
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (from the 3rd semester onward) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of databases
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
- Analytical and communicative profile, focused on problem-solving
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage them independently
- Basic knowledge of programming logic
Preferred Qualifications:
- English and/or Spanish
- Knowledge of logistics systems (WMS)
- Experience with computer programming and basic knowledge of programming languages
- Experience with operating systems and computer networks
- Experience or knowledge of supply chain management solutions
- Experience with the Körber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications
