JOB SUMMARY

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting pricing initiatives across the organization, working closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the pricing of new products and product portfolio enhancements by developing competitive, value-based, and profitable pricing strategies.
• Developing, implementing, and continuously improving pricing tools, models, and analytical capabilities to support data-driven pricing decisions.
• Ensuring timely creation, approval, implementation, and communication of new product prices across relevant systems and stakeholders.
• Acting as a business partner for key markets, collaborating closely with Sales and Product Management teams on pricing-related topics.
• Supporting price list updates, commercial campaigns, special pricing requests, and ad hoc pricing analyses.
• Analysing margins, and profitability trends to identify opportunities and provide pricing recommendations that enhance business performance.
• Conducting price benchmarking and competitive market analyses to ensure appropriate market positioning
• Contributing pricing expertise to mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business initiatives when required.

JOB PROFILE

We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded professional with a passion for pricing and business performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant academic degree combined with 3-5 years of professional experience in Pricing.
• Experience in product management, industrial products, or B2B environments is considered a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated understanding of value-based pricing principles, strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools; experience with SAP and pricing systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
