1严格按照SOP执行预混生产,遵守GMP规章制度。

2负责预混料的包装工作，并根据不同规格的包装进行相关调整，并对包装机后段设备整形机、打印机、金探、剔除、扫码视觉相机的维护进行工艺调整，并使包装后的产品符合工艺要求；

3负责产品袋标签的审核及贴标工作；

4负责包装过程设备异常的处理及包装机的维护保养工作；

5负责包装区域设备（包括：包装线及附属设备）及环境的清洁、消毒工作，并填写相关记录；

6熟练操作本岗位相关设备，包括：小袋包装线、中袋包装线、吨袋包装线和BIN清洗机及烘干机等，并能保证设备正常运行；

7熟练掌握本岗位Barcode 系统的操作及生产工艺流程；

8负责完成上级安排的其它临时性工作；
