📱 Aprendiz SENA - Soporte Operativo Serás responsable de apoyar la atención y seguimiento de solicitudes de centros de servicio y call center, actualizar información en sistemas, gestionar casos y reportes operativos, y brindar soporte a los procesos para garantizar una excelente experiencia al cliente.
✅ Requisitos:
- Ser estudiante SENA en etapa práctica.
- Contar con aval para contrato de aprendizaje.
- Interés en servicio al cliente, operaciones y gestión administrativa.
- Manejo básico de herramientas de Office.
- Contar con una conexión a internet estable, ya que las actividades se realizan de manera remota.
