Four Seasons Hotel Miami is an urban oasis nestled in the residential side of Brickell surrounded by Miami’s favorite neighborhoods. The Hotel offers a relaxing two-acre pool terrace, Equinox Fitness Center & Spa, multi-million dollar art collection, an award winning steakhouse - EDGE Steak & Bar, and connects guests to Miami’s most alluring and vibrant destinations recommended by in-house experts.
The Opportunity
The position will assess the guest’s needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.
Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates will have at 1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience.
Reading and oral proficiency in the English language.
Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
Must have a strong F&B knowledge.
Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
