Pay: Starting at $49–$50/hour, DOE

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents restore function, improve mobility, and maximize independence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments based on individualized care plans.

  • Assist residents with improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.

  • Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the therapy team.

  • Document treatments and resident outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Educate residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies.

  • Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional, resident-centered care.

  • Maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional approach with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

  • Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility for licensure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for rehabilitation and resident-centered care.

  • Positive attitude and collaborative, team-first mindset.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
