About the Role
You will treat a mixed neurologic and orthopedic outpatient caseload, meeting an ongoing need for individualized patient care. Your PT license is the primary qualification: recent graduates are welcome, and no minimum number of years of experience is required. This opportunity suits someone who values strong patient relationships, works dependably and independently, and wants room to grow within a smaller practice. This posting is for a full-time role, though part-time candidates are also considered; workdays and hours are to be confirmed.
Salary: $50-$55/hour
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized outpatient physical therapy for patients with neurologic conditions.
- Provide focused, one-on-one treatment for patients with orthopedic needs.
- Keep your attention on one patient throughout each full-hour appointment, without overlapping treatment schedules.
- Build strong patient relationships through attentive interaction and clear communication.
- Provide dependable care while working independently within a small, owner-led practice.
- Show initiative in your work and grow into broader responsibilities as opportunities develop.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- A current Physical Therapist license. Licensing is the primary screening requirement.
- Ability to work with both neurologic and orthopedic patients.
- Comfort providing one-on-one treatment for full-hour appointments.
- Strong patient interaction and communication skills.
- Dependable work habits and the ability to work independently.
No minimum years of experience is required. Recent graduates who meet the licensing requirement are encouraged to apply.
