A Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in the Hayward, CA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join its rehabilitation team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend rotation. • Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Competitive pay: $56–$61 per hour

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation setting preferred
