About this Performance Marketing Lead role at Yalent

Yalent · Onsite · Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt

The Role

We're hiring one hands-on leader to own all of AllCare's performance marketing — SEO, SEM/paid media, and marketing automation — end to end. You will be the person accountable for turning marketing spend into qualified demand: senior living facilities and operators evaluating a care partner, and the families and caregivers searching for care for a loved one.

This is a build-and-run role, not a manage-from-the-sidelines one. You'll set the strategy, then execute it yourself: standing up the channels, the tracking, and the funnel, and driving measurable results fast. As the program proves out, you'll have the opportunity to build a team beneath you.

What You'll Own

  • Full-Funnel Strategy & Execution: Own AllCare's performance marketing across SEO, SEM/paid media, and marketing automation — from strategy to daily execution — tied directly to pipeline, cost per acquisition, and growth targets.
  • Paid Media & SEM: Build, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn to reach facility decision-makers and families; own budgets, bidding, audience segmentation, and ROI.
  • SEO & Local Search: Lead technical, on-page, content, and local SEO to win organic visibility for senior care, chronic care management, and related terms across our target markets and service-area pages.
  • Marketing Automation & Lifecycle: Design and run lifecycle and lead-nurture programs in a modern automation stack (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) — CRM integration, email, lead scoring, and workflows that move inquiries to enrolled facilities and patients.
  • Measurement & Analytics: Stand up clean tracking, attribution, and dashboards (GA4 and related tools); report clearly on CAC, conversion, and channel ROI, and act on what the data says.
  • Conversion & Landing Pages: Partner with content, design, and dev to ship high-converting landing pages and continuously A/B test creative, messaging, and funnels.
  • Responsible, Compliant Marketing: Run campaigns that respect healthcare advertising standards and the sensitivities of a senior and patient audience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, operations, content, and leadership to keep marketing aligned with how AllCare actually delivers care.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Above all: someone who has done this job before and done it well. We want top-tier talent from high-growth, data-driven companies — operators who have run performance marketing at real scale, with the rigor and speed that comes with it, and can hit the ground running.

  • Proven Track Record: 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing, with a documented record of personally building and scaling paid, SEO, and lifecycle programs that moved real numbers.
  • High-Growth Pedigree: Experience at leading, high-growth technology or consumer-scale companies where performance marketing was rigorous, data-driven, and fast.
  • Hands-On Technical Depth: Direct, current expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads, GA4 and analytics/attribution, SEO tooling (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console), and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).
  • Owner Mentality: Comfortable being the whole function on day one — setting strategy and doing the work — with the judgment to prioritize what drives results in an early-stage environment.
  • Analytical & Commercial: Fluent in budgets, CAC/LTV, and ROI; makes decisions from data, not opinion.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent proven experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to the US market, in healthcare, senior living, or other regulated industries.
  • B2B / lead-generation and multi-location or local-SEO experience.
  • 0→1 startup experience — building marketing functions and infrastructure from scratch.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive package of USD $2,500–$2,700 per month (base plus performance bonus), with additional upside tied to results. Final offer commensurate with experience and track record.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
  • Location: Remote (Egypt-based candidates only)
  • US holiday calendar — you're off when your facilities are off (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and more).
  • Health benefits and paid time off.
