Role: People Data Senior Specialist

Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented People Data Senior Specialist to join our team at BP Business Solutions India Private Limited. This role will be instrumental in leveraging people data to drive strategic insights, improve organizational effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for various HR and people-related data sources.
  • Conduct in-depth analytical thinking to identify trends, patterns, and insights within people data, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive management reporting, dashboards, and presentations to various stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a global perspective.
  • Apply creativity and innovation to develop new data models, visualizations, and analytical approaches to address evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements, design effective customer service solutions, and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, data governance, and information security practices within the people data landscape.
  • Manage change initiatives related to people data processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Develop and implement measurement and metrics frameworks to track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Leverage strong organizational knowledge to contextualize data insights and provide relevant recommendations.
  • Effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, understanding their needs and communicating complex information appropriately, including an understanding of emotions.
  • Produce high-quality written reports, documentation, and communications with excellent writing skills.
  • Actively participate in and champion Agility core practices within the team.

Essential Qualification and Experience:

  • Graduation Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, preferably within an HR or People function.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes and tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to apply creativity and innovation to data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Customer Service Design principles.
  • Demonstrated Global Perspective in understanding and addressing data challenges across different regions.
  • Solid understanding of Information Security best practices related to sensitive data.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering Management Reporting.
  • Experience in Managing change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in developing and utilizing Measurement and metrics.
  • Strong Organizational Knowledge, preferably within a large multinational corporation.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management abilities, including the capacity for Understanding Emotions.
  • Superior Writing skills for technical documentation and business communications.
  • Familiarity with core practices is highly desirable.
