We're hiring! Join RSM as a Payroll Officer
Are you ready to take the next step in your payroll career? RSM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to join our growing national team. This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, delivering accurate and timely payroll services to over 2,000 employees across Australia.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process across multiple sites and playing a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent service delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Process end-to-end payroll across multiple sites
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and ETPs
- Calculate salary increases, back pays, and leave accruals
- Respond to payroll queries (Workday, email, phone)
- Collaborate with People & Culture and Finance teams
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
- Assist with reconciliations, payments, and reporting
About you:
What we’re looking for:
- 2- 3 years’ experience in a similar payroll role
- Able to process end to end payroll across multiple sites
- Knowledge of payroll legislation
- High level of attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ADP Payforce and/or Workday is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
