This position will help deliver world-class programs through strong operational governance, platform support, data integrity, vendor management, and technical production enablement.
Working closely with the wider Partner Experience team and local Sony teams, you will support the delivery infrastructure behind high-impact B2B programs for game publishers and developers across global markets. This includes managing vendors and programs associated with partner-facing event systems, production technologies, operational workflows, reporting processes, and third-party delivery partners across registration, AV, production, connectivity, logistics, security, and on-site execution, ensuring every program is delivered with consistency, precision, and premium quality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support event end-to-end technical and operational planning including venue environments, site inspections, and third-party suppliers spanning AV, fabrication, staffing, security, transport, catering, and infrastructure services
- Manage contracts, vendor onboarding, and statement-of-work processes, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational readiness across suppliers and delivery partners
- Manage purchase order and invoice workflows with accuracy, maintaining strong financial understanding of events end to end process, documentation standards, and supplier process compliance
- Manage invitation data, attendee records, and guest management workflows with a high degree of accuracy, system discipline, and professionalism
- Maintain and optimise the global partner events calendar, program trackers, operational dashboards, and core planning tools used to support delivery readiness
- Oversee the tracking, allocation, movement, and shipment of program assets and equipment across locations, maintaining clear records and operational accountability
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, run-of-show materials, production schedules, systems trackers, and vendor reporting tools
- Manage the Partner Events inbox and support timely triage, escalation, and resolution across operational, technical, and partner-facing requests
- Support event system configuration, signage planning, registration flow design, and attendee-facing technology with strong operational attention to detail
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support AV, production, livestreaming, Wi-Fi/connectivity, registration platforms, and other technical delivery requirements
- Support vendor briefing, quote evaluation, service-level tracking, issue resolution, and post-event reporting to help ensure consistent, high-quality delivery before, during, and after each program
- Contribute to continuous improvement across partner event operations, workflows, documentation, and delivery processes as the program evolves
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across teams, vendors, and stakeholder groups and understanding operational requirements clearly
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex programs, live environments, or events, with exposure to third-party vendor management and cross-functional delivery operations
- Technical event execution mindset, with a deep understanding of event production technology, both online and on-site
- Working knowledge of event and production technologies, including AV systems, registration platforms, badge printing, planning tools, and venue requirements
- Confidence working with external vendors and technical production partners, with the ability to translate requirements clearly and help resolve operational or systems issues effectively
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and balance concurrent workstreams across program operations, vendor management, and live delivery requirements
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with demanding timelines
- Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to execution
- Highly organised, with strong planning skills and the ability to bring structure to complex programs, workflows, and delivery tools
- A high standard of quality across operational deliverables, technical setup, and execution
- Confidence producing clear operational documentation, status updates, and partner-facing materials to support planning and delivery
- Process-minded and quality-focused, with a strong instinct for improving workflows, maintaining standards, and supporting premium partner delivery
- Globally minded, with an appreciation for regional nuance, international delivery models, and cross-market operational coordination
