Part Time Babysitter – Concord, CA

A family in Concord, CA 94518 is seeking a reliable and compassionate Afterschool Babysitter to provide care, supervision, and transportation for their 5-year-old child.

Schedule:

• Start Date: The week of August 10 2026
• Wednesday 12:30 - 5:30pm
• Thursday 2:15 - 5:30pm
• Friday 2:15 - 5:30pm
• Approximately 11.5 hours/week

Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free home
• 2 dogs in the home (no sitter care required)

Responsibilities:

• Pick up child from school
• Provide afterschool care and supervision
• Engage child in age-appropriate activities, play, and outings
• Provide transportation to local activities as needed
• Support a fun and enriching afterschool routine

Requirements:

• Previous childcare experience
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle

Preferred:

• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Compensation:

• $30 – $35/hour (plus $0.725/mile Gas reimbursement)
