Schedule: AM shift and PM shift
Pay: $25–$37/hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Light-Duty Gasoline Buses, Sedans, and WAV.
Complete preventive maintenance inspections to keep our fleet safe and road-ready
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gasoline systems
Ensure all repairs meet DOT and safety standards
Work independently while staying connected with the team
💰 What You’ll Get
$25–$37/hour based on experience
$5,000 sign-on bonus

What You Bring
Experience working on Light-Duty Gasoline Buses, Sedans, and WAV
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Strong commitment to safety and quality work
Valid driver’s license
DOT Health Card or willing to obtain
⭐ Bonus Points
Experience with Ford, GM, or fleet vehicles
ASE certifications
Previous school bus or transit fleet experience
- Beacon Mobility offers a paid ASE Certification Program with quarterly bonuses.
- Earn $35–$100 per quarter per certification, with total potential earnings up to $7,820 per year.
- We cover ASE test and registration fees after test-prep completion.
- Bonuses are paid automatically and included in regular paychecks.
- Additional $1,000 Blue Seal bonus available at qualifying locations.
