ATC is looking for a skilled Paint Technician to help keep our communities looking their best. You will work with our maintenance team and property managers to deliver high-quality, professional painting services that enhance the aesthetic and value of our properties.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and paint surfaces (walls, trim, cabinets, etc.) using various techniques and tools.
- Inspect, repair, patch, sand, and caulk surfaces for a flawless finish.
- Match colors and ensure smooth, consistent coverage.
- Collaborate with teams to schedule projects and minimize disruption to residents.
- Maintain painting equipment and manage supply inventory.
- Ensure all work meets ATC’s quality and safety standards.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in residential or commercial painting
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Solid knowledge of various painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between properties.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied conditions.
Bonus if you have:
- Technical training or certifications
