As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques within ServiceNow.
- Ability to use low-code development platforms to create and modify workflows and automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control in packaged applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
