Summary:
In the role of Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, coordinating integrations with other systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to balance technical and operational needs is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to document and communicate best practices and platform standards to ensure consistency across projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges impacting solution delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong knowledge of configuration management and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in managing release processes and ensuring seamless deployment of software updates.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that align with business and vendor requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to hardware asset management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
