- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges impacting solution delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong knowledge of configuration management and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in managing release processes and ensuring seamless deployment of software updates.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that align with business and vendor requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to hardware asset management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
