Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools and platforms to customize solutions while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization within cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with API integrations and managing release cycles in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while maintaining high availability.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
