Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, your day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. You will manage software releases, ensure the stability and performance of systems, and utilize various tools and platforms to customize solutions. Your role requires continuous alignment of application features with organizational needs while maintaining seamless integration and operational efficiency within the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Experience in configuring payroll processes and managing payroll-related data within SAP environments.
- Knowledge of integration techniques using standard tools and application programming interfaces to ensure seamless data flow.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement corrective measures to maintain stability.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application functionality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
