We are looking for a Workfront Administrator to join our team and support the implementation and optimization of Adobe Workfront solutions for global clients.

In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure workflow solutions, and improve business processes through cloud-based technologies. You will act as a trusted partner throughout the implementation lifecycle, helping clients maximize the value of the Workfront platform.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technology, process improvement, and client interaction in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Adobe Workfront solutions for client engagements.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend workflow solutions aligned with client needs.
• Design and document business processes and functional requirements.
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients during implementations.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, product demonstrations, and user training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support testing activities and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Prepare clear and structured documentation throughout project execution.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring high-quality customer service.

• 1–2 years of experience in Workfront administration, workflow management systems, or similar platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in business process design, documentation, or process improvement.
• Previous experience as a QA Analyst or in detail-oriented roles is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

• Experience implementing Adobe Workfront.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and project management methodologies.
• Experience delivering client-facing implementations or consulting projects.
• Experience facilitating user training sessions.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
