We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a high-visibility transformation project focused on P&C (Hire to Retire) processes and payroll. The role will involve mapping and designing processes for a new organization, coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving project execution.

You will

  • Drive overall project governance, planning and execution tracking.
  • Coordinate alignment across Business, HR, IT and external vendor stakeholders.
  • Manage action, decision and risk registers and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Track commitments and drive accountability across workstreams.
  • Prepare executive-level updates, reports and status communications.
  • Support issue resolution and escalation management.
  • Facilitate decision-making and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
  • Help drive process mapping and design activities related to P&C and payroll.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project or Program Management, ideally within transformation projects.
  • Experience working with P&C / HR processes, particularly Hire to Retire and/or payroll.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
  • Ability to drive decisions, challenge stakeholders and ensure accountability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level communication.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, complex transformation environments.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with a proactive approach.
  • Fluency in English.
