Key Responsibilities
● Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided prospect list.
● Introduce the company's digital media solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
● Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the senior sales representative.
● Accurately update call outcomes and notes within the CRM.
● Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively on every call.
● Meet agreed KPIs relating to outbound activity and appointment generation.
● Provide regular updates on outreach performance and pipeline activity
Requirements
● Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment
setting.
● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
● Confident speaking with senior decision-makers over the phone.
● Experience using CRM platforms (experience with GoHighLevel is highly desirable).
● Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.
● Reliable internet connection and a professional home working environment.
● Fluent spoken and written English.
