As an Oracle PMO - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive success.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and developing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities for growth, asking questions and seeking clarity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your ability to interpret data and provide insights will be crucial in informing recommendations and supporting client decisions.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Developing and managing project architecture and budgeting for Oracle implementations
- Collaborating with clients to understand and address business process modeling requirements
- Leveraging technical consultation skills to guide clients in Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and E-Business Suite
- Facilitating enterprise integration and technology innovation within client projects
- Creating and delivering training materials to enhance client understanding of Oracle applications
- Engaging in systems project management to support technology implementation and integration
- Applying emerging technologies to improve client business models and processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
