Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Architecture & Design: Design and maintain robust hierarchies, node types, validations, and workflows within Oracle DRM / EDMCS to support global FP&A forecasting models.
• Systems Integration: Build and optimize automated ETL pipelines connecting DRM data to downstream systems like Oracle Hyperion, AWS Redshift, and S3 data lakes.
• Data Governance & Security: Author complex validation scripts and approval workflows that enforce strict financial controls (SOX compliance) across organizational changes.
• Process Automation: Replace manual finance data adjustments with programmatic scripts using Python, Groovy, or PL/SQL.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global finance teams to translate complex business changes (reorganizations, new product launches) into scalable metadata configurations.
• Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot system performance, solve complex data mismatches, and provide critical support during high-pressure monthly and quarterly close cycles.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial master data management.
• Core Tech: Hands-on experience with Oracle DRM (Data Relationship Management).
• Coding: Strong proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, Groovy, or Windows Batch script).
• Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of core FP&A concepts, including Chart of Accounts, General Ledgers, and multi-currency consolidation hierarchies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience migrating legacy on-premise Oracle DRM solutions
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Amazon Redshift, S3, Glue, and Lambda.
• Experience supporting corporate finance users using tools like Hyperion Essbase, Planning, or IBM TM1.
• Strong written communication skills, with an ability to draft technical documents for non-technical business partners.
