Role Overview

Proficient in operating production tools and equipment in the position.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proficiently operate the production tools and equipment in the position;

  • Correctly understand the process flow card (J/C), work instructions (MP/WI) and relevant customer specifications. And strictly assemble and inspect according to the requirements of WP

  • Understand the performance and use of the fixtures, tools, gauges and cutting tools used, and use and maintain them correctly;

  • Strictly control the process in accordance with the requirements of the company's quality system, keep good work records, and ensure the accuracy of the records;

  • Pay attention to optimizing the processing operation and process, pay attention to the connection between the previous and next processes, improve the processing efficiency of the workpiece, and ensure that the work is completed within the quota time;

  • For any abnormal phenomena that occur during the work process, timely report and protect the accident site, and do not conceal the truth;

  • Carefully record the business information of the production during the shift, and hand it over to the next shift clearly to ensure that the information is correct;

  • Comply with the company's rules and regulations and procedures, including but not limited to legal compliance, quality, production, environmental health and safety (EHS), personnel administration, lean production and other aspects of the rules and regulations and procedures.

  • Carefully complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor and foreman;

Required Qualifications

  • High school, technical secondary school or vocational school education

  • More than two years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent corporate loyalty and strong trustworthiness

  • Honest, with good ambition, work initiative and professionalism

  • Good 5S literacy and EHS knowledge

  • Good teamwork spirit

  • Basic English comprehension
