- Manage end-to-end HR Shared Services operations for Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands (80% HR Operations support), with backup coverage for Serbia, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, contract administration, employee records management, HR documentation, and payroll support (20%), ensuring accurate, compliant, and seamless HR service delivery across multiple countries.
- Partner with employees, managers, recruiters, local HR teams, and IT teams to ensure accurate employee data, timely access provisioning/deactivation, compliance with company policies, and delivery of a seamless employee experience.
- Provide payroll support, including review of payroll inputs, payroll data validation, payroll controls, reconciliations, variance analysis, statutory compliance checks, maintenance of payroll documentation, and support for payroll processing activities in line with established procedures and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Payroll, International Relations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, or Payroll Administration, preferably within a multinational or shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR data management, payroll controls, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, and experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
