Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing incidents, and coordinating with various teams to maintain system reliability and performance. The position demands proactive identification of potential issues and timely resolution to support uninterrupted service delivery, fostering a stable and efficient operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of services.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Document operational procedures and maintain accurate records to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system management and incident response.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze system logs and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline operational tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
