Requirements

How you´ll help us:

As a Operations Coordinator:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including sheduling deliveries, managing shipments, and tracking inventory movements.
• Liaise with suppliers, installers, contractors, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely execution of operational activities.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, equipment allocation, and inventory records to support business operations.
• Manage job shceduling and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Prepare, maintain, and update operational documentation, reports, records, and databases.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Track and report key operational metrics, identifying issues and escalating risks where required.
• Manage office administration functions, including office supplies, facilities coordination, and internal communication.
• Maintain accurate records with CRM, ERP, and other business management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between operations, technical support, and finance teams.
• Handle general operational inquiries and provide timely resolutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify oppoetunities to improve effficiency, reduce operational bottlenecks, and enhance customer satisfaction.
