About the Role
• Ensures IT service availability and minimizes the AIA’s business impact of IT service outages through the effective management.• Contributes to the improvement of user satisfaction with IT services by ensuring that the arrangements remain aligned with business needs and priorities and fit for purpose.
AS/400 OS Management:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain of AS/400 operating system across the organization.
- Ensure stability, security, and performance of AS/400 servers and endpoints.
Incident & Problem Managements:
- Manage AS/400 OS-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Patch & Update Management:
- Deploy patching to ensure all AS/400 systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Coordinate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and apply necessary updates.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor the performance of AS/400 systems, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare reports on AS/400 OS support operations, compliance, and risk management to senior leadership.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholder to evaluate, select, and implement AS/400 OS-related tools and technologies.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers and ensure SLAs are met.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Assist to manage related budget.
