About this Onboarding and Implementation Specialist role at TMX Group
You will be a member of our Onboarding & Implementation team, working as a specialist in a challenging environment with clients that are mercilessly quality conscious. This is a client-facing role focused on guiding clients through the process of setting up and integrating our products and services, ensuring a smooth transition and maximising the successful adoption of the offering, which will involve hands-on configuration, training and support during the initial onboarding and implementation phase.
Responsibilities
Guide clients through the process of setting up and integrating Trayport’s products and services.
Ensure a smooth transition for clients as they adopt Trayport’s offerings.
Maximise the successful adoption of Trayport’s products and services by clients.
Work with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs.
Develop and deliver customised onboarding and implementation plans for clients.
Manage the implementation process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication.
Collaborate with other teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation experience for clients.
Provide early life support to clients after implementation to ensure they are successful in using Trayport's products and services.
Transition newly onboarded clients to Application Support and Technical Consultant teams.
Identify and address any issues or challenges that clients may encounter during onboarding and implementation.
Continuously improve onboarding and implementation processes to enhance client satisfaction and ensure best practices are followed.

As per the collective agreement, the minimum salary for this position is €45,738 . However we are willing to pay more based on experience and qualifications.
