Responsibilities:

• Coordinate area capacity planning, MOR management, and capacity optimization.
• Manage max out planning and area funding submissions to ensure our projects are strictly aligned with goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive tool plans and NPI planning to drive efficiency.
• Build and maintain capacity modeling to support ambitious growth targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in capacity planning and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to determine and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a diverse team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Familiarity with NPI planning and capacity modeling tools.
• A track record of successfully implementing projects in a fast-paced environment.
