The OE Manager plays a key role in driving the site's Operational Excellence agenda by partnering with leaders and teams to identify, prioritize and deliver business improvements. The role is responsible for leading strategic and operational improvement initiatives, influencing stakeholders across the organization and supporting the development of a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate is expected to contribute to and execute the OE strategy, support the deployment and sustainability of Operational Excellence systems and drive initiatives that improve business performance. Typical efforts include leading cross-functional improvement projects, supporting strategic site initiatives, building organizational capabilities and partnering with stakeholders across the INB network to implement sustainable improvements and share best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the INB organization to improve performance, quality and operational effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and strategic projects from identification through implementation, ensuring sustainable business results.
- Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Quality and supporting functions to identify, prioritize and implement improvement opportunities.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence methodologies to address business challenges and improve organizational performance.
- Facilitate collaboration across functions and organizational levels to ensure alignment and successful execution of improvement initiatives.
- Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, monitor progress and support fact-based decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of Operational Excellence standards, tools and best practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence across the organization.
- Share best practices and contribute to the development of Operational Excellence capabilities across the INB network.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving implementation in a complex organization.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience in Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into sustainable operational improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in business and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Minitab and MS Project is an advantage.
