Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team for a consistent PRN weekend opportunity.

This position is ideal for an experienced clinician or a therapist looking for a flexible weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

PRN Weekend Opportunity

  • Weekend coverage: Saturday or Sunday — flexible based on your availability

  • Hours: 5–8 hours per weekend on a consistent basis

  • Pay: $68–$72/hour

  • Additional hours:Opportunity to pick up additional hours if desired

Qualifications

  • Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
