• Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams, including compliance and regulatory professionals, to refine the quality and efficiency of medical information delivery.

• Drive process improvements within the Medical Affairs team, contributing to the success of related initiatives and organizational projects.

• Collect actionable insights from interactions with healthcare professionals to inform internal strategies, elevate best practices, and shape patient-focused solutions effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related healthcare field; Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sector (minimum of 3 years); Ability to manage requests independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and escalate issues when necessary; Strong interpersonal, communication, and scientific presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both local language and in English.

• Desirable: Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PharmD, or PhD); Comprehensive knowledge of local and international medical compliance regulations; Experience in Oncology or Rare Diseases.
