As an Associate in IT Infra/Cloud operations, you will engage in client support within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on infrastructure and cloud operations. You will contribute to the delivery of managed services, helping clients optimize their IT infrastructure and cloud environments. As an Associate, you will develop your skills and knowledge by participating in project tasks, supporting senior staff, and building meaningful client connections. You will be encouraged to embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Supporting cloud infrastructure operations and management to enhance service delivery
- Assisting in the design and optimization of cloud infrastructure architecture
- Participating in cloud migration projects to improve system performance and scalability
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues to maintain operational efficiency
- Utilizing Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms to manage and optimize cloud services
- Engaging in cloud compliance and performance optimization activities
- Collaborating with teams to deliver cloud-based service management solutions
- Applying technical consultation skills to address client support needs
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk
- Contributing to the development of cloud strategy and service delivery models

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
