Summary

As the Move Coordinator for International, you will monitor and track shipments status to ensure delivery dates are met.

You are excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Update computer system with notes regarding all communication and changes
  • Communicate and respond promptly to agencies and team leads inquiries regarding the specific movement of shipment via telephone or email
  • Complete and process all documentation related to the shipment 
  • Obtain price quote for the movement of shipment
  • Maintain accurate records and audit documents for accuracy
  • Oversee and resolve any complaints
  • Complete all assigned prompts in GMMS
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to read and interpret emails and documents

  • Self-motivated; works with urgency and with minimum supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Overtime required in peak season

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Prior experience in logistics/moving industry preferred

Physical Demands/Requirements

  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Bend or reach occasionally
  • Use repetitive hand motion
  • Lift, carry or push up to 15 pounds occasionally

Office Environment

This position is in a general office environment with moderate noise, room temperature
