最先端の半導体メモリ製造におけるプロセスエンジニア（生産技術開発）として、生産性・歩留まりの向上や製造プロセスの最適化を担っていただきます

■プロセスエンジニアとは

製造プロセスにおけるガスや薬液、純水などの流量・圧力条件を最適化し、製品品質を左右する重要な役割です。

• 新規装置立ち上げ(製造条件（ガス・薬液流量など）の検討・設定）
• 量産改善（プロセス条件の見直しによる最適化/歩留まり・品質の向上）
• トラブル対応（品質問題発生時の原因分析/装置エンジニアと連携した改善対応）

■配属予定工程

ご希望・適性を踏まえ、以下いずれかの工程へ配属します。

• リソグラフィ
• エッチング
• メタライズ
• CMP
• 拡散・イオン注入
• CVD／PVD
• WET
• メトロロジー（測定）

■育成・サポート体制

未経験から活躍しているエンジニアも多数在籍。

■応募資格

• 理系学部卒以上
• 分析力、問題解決力
• 日本語力（N2以上、もしくはビジネスレベル相当）
• 英語力不問
• 半導体業界、または製造業における量産工程のご経験をお持ちの方（業界不問）
