$3000 sign-on bonus 

Starting wage is $27.78 per hour   

8 hours guaranteed overtime every 2 weeks. Only work half of the year.

Your Schedule:

• Train on 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After training is complete, you’ll work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Work a 2-2-3 schedule: You will work 2 days, then get 2 rest days, followed by 3 days of work, and get every other weekend off
• Non-floating schedule: You will NOT rotate between days and nights  

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the installation, launch, and qualification of our newest can-making machines. 
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems. 
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010.
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

We Need You To Have:

• High school diploma or GED. 
• Strong mechanical aptitude. 
• A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's industrial can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
